These terms explain the rules for using ChipiBot at chipibot.com. ChipiBot is run by Toni Molina in Jersey, Channel Islands, trading as AURA by Toni Molina (Jersey business licence 006521). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should read them with you and agree to them.

1. The game

ChipiBot is a free educational quiz about artificial intelligence for everyone, suitable for all ages, in English and Spanish. It includes levels, a Top 3 leaderboard, challenges between players and hints from an AI service. There is no chat, no advertising and no payments.

2. Parents and guardians

• Children under 13 should play with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Please help your child choose a nickname that is not their real name and keep their 4-number PIN safe.
• You can ask us at any time to see or delete your child's game data (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Nicknames and PINs

• Nicknames must be friendly and must not contain real names, personal details, insults or offensive words. We filter nicknames automatically and may remove any that break these rules.
• Each player chooses a secret 4-number PIN. Do not share it. Very easy PINs such as 1234 are not allowed.
• We cannot recover a forgotten PIN, because we do not collect contact details. A new nickname can always be created.

4. Fair and safe play

Do not try to cheat the scoring, guess other players' PINs, overload the service, copy the game, or use it for commercial purposes. We may block access or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. AI answers

Hints and some questions are created with an AI service and filtered for children. AI can make mistakes, so ChipiBot is a learning game, not a source of official or professional advice. Think critically and check important information with an adult.

6. Free of charge

The game is completely free. There are no payments, purchases, subscriptions, donations or advertising.

7. Intellectual property

The ChipiBot name, mascot, design, questions, texts, graphics and sounds belong to Toni Molina or are used with permission. You may use the game for personal and educational purposes, including in schools.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the game running, but it may be paused for maintenance or updates, and accounts inactive for 60 days are deleted automatically. The game is provided free of charge and as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Jersey law.

9. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey and the courts of Jersey have jurisdiction. If something is wrong, please use the Contact link first. For data protection matters you can also complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, show a notice in the game.
